Kathy graduated as a Physiotherapist from the University of Newcastle in 2007 and also holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Kathy’s Physiotherapy career commenced in Newcastle NSW where she worked in both acute and rehabilitation hospital settings gaining valuable experience working in intensive care, oncology, neurology and orthopaedics before branching into private practice.
On arriving in Sale in 2010 with her family, Kathy was employed at Central Gippsland Health Service for several years where she predominantly worked in the Community Rehabilitation Centre overseeing hip and knee, balance, cardiac and pulmonary rehab groups. Kathy also implemented a program for chronic low back pain and was passionately involved in women’s health physiotherapy.
Kathy has a special interest in women’s health and pelvic floor rehab, back and neck pain, chronic pain management and sporting injuries. She is qualified in the treatment technique of dry needling and is experienced in treating patients of all ages.
